Job Description

Dont be fooled by the title, this role is for an all-round superstar. If you want to be known as the glue that holds the Digital Services department together, the go-to oracle of information and the behind the scenes magician, then this role is for you. Thanks to an internal promotion, there is now a chance for someone new to dazzle everyone with their organisational skills.The successful candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to juggle priorities and keep everything in order. They will be an independent worker who has the the ability to see into the future and plan appropriately.Key aspects of this role are:

  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Paying Invoices
  • Administering Contracts
  • Booking travel & training
  • Diary management for senior leaders
  • Purchasing
  • General admin support
  • Coordinating events/team activities
But the real work is in keeping track of what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and making sure everyone knows what they need to do/where they need to be. Sense of humour is a must!Located in central Tauranga, the Digital Services team cover a wide range of services and are future focused on the community.
