Job Description

  • Knowledge of Freight/Experience working with Couriers.
  • Experience working with Distributors and Supermarkets as Customers.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong Computer & Database skills ( you will be using multiple external and internal platforms for entering orders).
An interest in Food and Beverage is a plus! About the role:You will be responsible for frontline interactions with customers and internal departments, generating and completing customer orders and credits. You will work alongside another Customer Care representative and report to the Head of Consumer Experience and Innovation.  In addition, youll also be able to turn your hand to a variety of general administrative tasks to assist the Innovation & Consumer Experience Team. 
  • Managing customer needs (Global)
  • Processing orders, credits
  • Establish & maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Provide support & backup to the wider team including loading new ingredients, creating product specifications.
Full Time Role, Start date flexible but early January preferred. Location option of Wellington or Auckland.
