Job Description

Where you’ll be working: HamiltonThe details: Permanent full-time, 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE)We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join our team in Hamilton to assist us in fulfilling administrative needs to over 12000 clients.About the service:Chronic Care and Community Medical Services is a collection of services, transforming and integrating community services to prevent avoidable presentations to the emergency department and other emergent care services.  The collection of services provide short term and long term care management and restorative rehabilitation solutions. This role will primarily be based in the Disability Support Link (DSL) office, Waikato Hospital –Waiora CBD, 87 Alexandra Street, HamiltonTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:•    excellent computer skills, with good understanding of Microsoft packages including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel•    account processing and Oracle ordering (desirable)  •    excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multitask in a busy but energetic environment.•    the ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks.Preference will be given to candidates with previous New Zealand administration experience in a medium to large organisation, and working knowledge of health sector. Orientation, ongoing training, supervision and support for working across organisational boundaries will be provided for the successful applicantWhy us:We are a values based and inclusive organisation that is committed to deliver the best health outcomes for our total population.
