Together as one team, we are Here to move.The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Auckland.The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business appointments for the Business Development Team. Additionally, you will research and seek out new business, create awareness of new services, conditions or verticals, and seek new industries, importers and exporters in ANZ.Key Responsibilities

  • Secure new business appointments for the Business Development team by researching and targeting customers with outbound calls/emails
  • Utilise tools such as phone, email and or social media to target new business, create awareness and secure appointments for management
  • Supporting systems and call lists provided by DB Schenker
  • Capturing data in sales cloud, updating, and sharing with the BDMs and greater business
  • Developing effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Create and assign sales leads and send promotional material, produce regular reports on sales team members behalf within defined timelines.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of customer related events such as networking and social events.
Skills and Experience
  • Background in sales and customer service, ideally within a similar industry
  • Customer-service driven with the ability to build strong genuine relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, utilise initiative to resolve issues
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to make good decisions quickly
  • Strong research and report writing skills with high attention to detail
  • Contract management, project management and foreign language skills (advantageous)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
