Job Description

To support this, Resolution Life globally made the exciting decision to move to an Enterprise Agile way of working.How You Can Impact Our Business:The purpose of this role is to perform the day to day activities for supporting the employee expense and travel function, as well as supplier management. Key activities include resolving employee queries, entering new supplier accounts, maintaining existing supplier accounts, responding to supplier queries and ensuring corporate card files process in a timely and accurate manner.You will also have -

  • Supplier processing tasks
  • Supplier Maintenance tasks
  • Responsibility to maintain Internal working relationships with Strategic Sourcing
  • Corporate Card and employee expense management duties
  • Travel expense and administration duties
You Will Enhance Us & Our Capabilities By:Showing that you are a positive, customer centric individual who is committed to delivering the best experiences for our customers. We are also looking for -
  • Ability to work in a manual and high-volume processing environment
  • Oracle experience or comparable finance system
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a wider team.
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages
