Job Description

Due to growth and continual success this industry based education organisation is set to add to its dynamic Learning design team. The team is looking for an  eLearning specialist with strong instructional design skills and eLearning experience with a flair for designing activities that are engaging for learners in an online environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the Project Manager and team with learning projects and developing new products
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and source relevant information to design, develop and implement innovative, contemporary eLearning content
  • Wireframe and storyboard new and existing products
  • Design and develop learning materials in a variety of media and delivery methods
  • Ensure learning activities are engaging and identify ways to make practice relevant to real life skills.
  • Your ability to quickly understand highly technical knowledge and skills and translate that into active learning support for the workplace
  • Your confident use of authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline.
  • And it would be fantastic if you have experience in programming skills such as HTML, CSS, Java Script
  • Your strong relationship management skills including working with subject matter experts
  • Flexible, adaptable personality and a good sense of humour
  • Plus your ability and desire to learn new software and technologies as they become available
