Job Description

Expol Ltd is a leading and progressive national polystyrene manufacturing company with moulding plants and distribution branches throughout New Zealand.Expol is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to fill a vacancy within our Auckland branch. This is a varied and busy role and will suit someone with an excellent phone manner, strong administrative experience, excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.About the Role:On a typical day this role will involve taking orders directly and over the phone, accurate input of orders into the supply chain software so that orders can be processed and delivered to the customer, providing quotations, technical advice, follow up on sales calls and assisting with the sales process.The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following key requirements for the role:• Proven administration and invoicing background• Excellence in customer service• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data input• Intermediate-advanced keyboard and Microsoft skills• Excellent phone manner• Ability to prioritise and multitask• Ability to meet deadlines• Ability to manage client queries/issues in a timely manner• Work with freight, couriers and dispatchApplicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.Become part of a dedicated team that pride themselves on their commitment to their company and to each other.Think you have what it takes Apply today to Moana@expol.co.nz  Employer questionsYour application will include the following questions:
